What to expect from us

When a death occurs it is always a difficult time to know what to do first. We can help you by being available 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. Some people do not like to call a funeral director during the night, however this is the time when you need the most support from someone who knows what steps need to be taken.

Initially Alasdair himself will arrange to call at your home or meet with you at the office whichever is most convenient to you. He will first talk you through what to expect in the difficult days to come and what options are available to you. He will then gather all the required information to allow him to undertake the necessary arrangements for you. We can arrange the funeral service in your own Church, or Parish Church, Crematorium, at the deceased's own home or even a simple but very personal service at the graveside, all with the precise attention to detail and utmost dignity that you require at this sad time.

A funeral is the last chance to say goodbye to a loved one and it will be a very emotional time. It is of paramount importance that the arrangements are carefully considered.
