It was with the saddest of hearts that we, on 4th April 2024 announced the sudden passing of our company founder Alasdair Rhind. Alasdair, who founded Alasdair Rhind Funeral Directors more than 30 years ago, had passed away suddenly. 

In the words of the preceding paragraphs penned by Alasdair's own hand, we can wholeheartedly assure the community, local and afar, that the outstanding work and trust Alasdair has worked so hard to achieve and maintain will continue. 

Alasdair's son, Funeral Director Jack Rhind, now heading the business continues to provide the same level of professionalism, dedication, respect and kindness so evidently displayed by Alasdair over the years.
